Upgrading your plan

In Wave.video, you can easily change your subscription plan. To do that, go to the subscription page.

Click Upgrade button and choose a new plan.

If you decide to upgrade to a bigger plan, the payment you submitted for a lesser plan will be prorated and automatically subtracted from your payment for the upgraded plan.

How to switch between monthly and annual plan

Go to the subscription page and click "Switch to...", select a proper plan after.

What happens to my previous payment when I change the subscription plan?

If you need to downgrade your plan, please contact support via chat or at support@wave.video.

No, unfortunately, we do not refund the difference in plans. The money will be stored on your account for later payments.
