Similar to #MotivationalMonday, #WednesdayWisdom is superb for shining a little light on some common sense, or just plain ol' wisdom.
- Common sense. Remind and ground people by bringing them back down to earth in respectful, influential ways. This usually works if you are an already established influencer in an industry or a coach of some sort.
- Make it fun. Many people dislike receiving criticism that enables others to lecture them. Try to think of inventive ways to give feedback and wisdom. Try it in the form of a fun slideshow, by giving them fun facts, doing a demonstration, and many more. Teambuilding exercises help bond teams together, too
